Creator will deliver 4 vertical videos (9:16), up to 30 seconds each, edited and ready to post, with raw footage included. Delivery by November 12, 2026.
Brand will pay a flat fee of $2,500. A 50% deposit is due on signing, with the balance due within 15 days of delivery. If Brand cancels after production starts, a 50% kill fee applies.
Brand may use the content on its own social accounts, its website and email and paid social ads in the United States for 90 days from first use. Creator keeps ownership of the content and may show it in their portfolio.
Brand may run ads through Creator’s account, including Spark Ads, for 30 days for an additional $400.
Creator won’t create content for competing outdoor apparel brands for 30 days after delivery.
The fee includes 2 rounds of revisions. Brand will approve or request changes within 3 business days of each delivery. Content Brand posts will carry a clear #ad disclosure, as FTC guidelines require.
Creator is an independent contractor. Either party may end this agreement in writing if the other materially breaches it. This is the entire agreement between the parties, and it may be signed electronically.
